Winona Health Parade

It literally rained on the Lake Winona Manor Mini Parade Tuesday afternoon (June 11th), however, the rain didn’t stop the parade units mobilize from mobilizing from their wheel’s to foot and went indoors to go room to room so residence still got to see all the fantastic colors, units, and friends. Harbormaster 2019 Dean Beckman was part of the parade with Harbormaster 2019 Vicki Decker and Harbormaster 2015 Kathy Hovell.
