Winona Area Chamber Ambassadors officially opened Steamboat Days with a Ribbon Cutting Wednesday evening at the Beverage Garden. The honor of cutting the Ribbing each year goes to the Harbormaster. Harbormaster 2013 is Debbie Greenwood.
