2025 Button Design Winner Announcement

The Winona Steamboat Days Committee gathered Thursday morning at Winona Senior High School, Winona to surprise the Steamboat Days button Designer during her Art Class with Ms. Shari Dahlen.

This year’s design winner is Zayah Wobig, daughter of Trevor and Heidi Wobig. Zayah is a Junior. She is clearly from an artful family as her sister Jezabelle designed the 2021 Steamboat Days button.

Steamboat Days buttons will be available for sale beginning Saturday May 17 at Kwik Trip Stores, HyVee, Midtown Foods and Bronk’s Gardens. Buttons are $5.00 each in advance. Button Sales help support events that are free to attend such as the Aerial Illumination Drone Light Show, Grande Parade and Fireworks.

Second place designer is Junior Alexis Steege and Third Place is Sophomore Arilah House. Both are
students at Winona Senior High School.
