2013 Captain and Mate Finalist
The Winona Steamboat Days Festival Committee is pleased to announce the five finalist couples for Captain and Mate Steamboat Days 2013.
Finalist are: Deion and Jazmyn Prolo Children of Corey Prolo; Myron George, son of Megan and Tim, and Karianna Barrientos, daughter of Justin and Marie; Gaivin Durnen son of Heather Laue and Jason Durnen and Abigail Koehler daughter of Julie Koehler and Mark Schaufenbil; Brett and Mallory Biesanz children of Allison and Matt; Kobe Roberts son of Makala and Ava Schrumph daughter of Michelle and Rob.
The five finalist will ride on the Steamboat Days float in the Kiddie Parade Friday. Following the Kiddie Parade Harbormaster Debbie Greenwood will draw a couple’s name from the box . The drawing winner couple will also ride in the Grande Parade on Sunday!
A prize for each finalist is provided by MacDonald’s. Quality Vac and Sew provide the Captain’s vest and Mate’s sash.
The Kiddie Parade will be held Friday, June 21st at 10am at the East Lake Park Band Shell area.
